A. Mochi A.Mochi is a DJ and producer in Toyko who also performs LIVE. He has become one of the most remarkable artists in the Tokyo underground scene, devoting himself to the groove of the techno/ house genre and the digital sounds found in 90's rock. A.Mochi is the first artist to have a release on Luke Slater's label with the RE:SOUND EP!

The 'Poni EP' kicks off with the rippling beats of 'Flame', through it's slow, measured build up and underlying dark force, driving the track through to completion, as A. Mochi gradually throws in the beats. 'Blackend' drills into your brain from the onset, releasing its choppy beats and deep bass tones to great effect. A beast for the dancefloor. Lastly the title track 'Poni' clip-clops into view, showing off A. Mochi's depth of skill. The landscape is lighter, but still retains those dirty trademark beats.
